Tennis training for adults
Tennis training for adults
I offer tennis tuition for people of all ages and levels. I provide both individual and group coaching. I am a coach with many years of competitive and coaching experience. I train adults who have never had any contact with tennis, those who already present some level and those who take part in sporting competition. I have a professional approach to my duties and I make sure that there is a good atmosphere on the court. Classes are conducted in such a way as to constantly improve the level of play. I teach correct strokes, tactics and movement on the court. I choose such exercises so that learning tennis is something simple and enjoyable. For beginners, there is the possibility to use my tennis rackets.
I believe that tennis is one of the sports through which you can improve your fitness while relaxing and having fun at the same time. According to research, playing tennis extends life the most of all sports. So I think this is a strong argument to sign up for tennis lessons :)
Tennis for adults - preparation for tournaments and amateur leagues
My offer is also aimed at amateurs participating in amateur tournaments and leagues (e.g. PLT, Paleta etc). I have many clients participating in these competitions. Our training focuses on improving technical skills, tactics, ball feel, improving footwork and playmaking to be able to perform in tournament conditions. Those interested are welcome to join us.
Tennis courts in Wrocław, where I run my tennis trainings
I run tennis classes for adults on the facilities in Wrocław: Spartan (Pułtuska 13 and Spiska 1), Redeco (Hallera 81A), Olimpijski (Paderewskiego 35), Morskie Oko (Chopina 27) and at the GEM Hotel (Mianowskiego 2B). All the above-mentioned tennis clubs honour the Multisport card. The customer is free to choose the facility at which he or she would like to play. However, due to the fact that my main location is Spiska 1, the price for training at the other facilities is higher (this is due to the fact that I have to get there and then return to Spiska).
